That a public hearing has been duly and legally <br />held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone <br />District Amendment application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of <br />Ordinance No. 964, as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification <br />I <br />of certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to said <br />application. <br />3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended <br />faction appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced in - <br />I dexed on the maps on file in the City Clerk's office numbered as <br />I follows : <br />Zoning Map No. 23 and No. 24, Index No. A-2-75 <br />Change an M-1 zone to an M-2 zone <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held <br />i <br />1by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Plannin <br />I Commis s ion <br />SECTION TWO: The zone reclassifications herein above <br />(referred to are hereby approved and the Planning Director is here- <br />jby directed to amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colto <br />adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in accordance herewith to show said <br />lapproval and certify to the same. <br />
