BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE: The City Council finds and declares: 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amendment appli- cation to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as amended. 2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. 3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended action appro- priately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the maps on file in the City Clerk's office timbered as follows: Zoning Map No. 25, Index No. A-5-75 Change an R-3 and C-2 Zone to a C-2 Zone 4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. SECTION TWO: The zone reclassifications herein above referred to are hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed to amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance No. 1420 in accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the same. SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton Courier, a weekly newspaper, hereby designated for the purpose.
