1' <br />2 <br />3 <br />4' <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18, <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1481 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON FIXING THE AMOUNT NECES- <br />SARY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION TO CARRY <br />ON THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON FOR THE CURRENT YEAR OF 1975-76. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION ONE: The amount necessary to be raised by taxation upon <br />taxable property in the City of Colton as a revenue to carry on the various <br />departments of the City of Colton for the current year 1975-76 and to pay the <br />bonded indebtedness of said City and the expense of collection, is $675,979.00. <br />SECTION TWO: This ordinance relates to taxes for the usual and <br />current expenses of the city. <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to the general laws of the State <br />of California for levying municipal taxes to provide for the maintenance of <br />the various governmental functions of the City of Colton including police <br />protection, fire protection, health regulations and other functions which <br />preserve the public health and safety in the City of Colton. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 29th day of August, 1975. <br />ALBERT A.
