<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
<br />CITY OF COLTON, FIXING THE 1975-76 TAX
<br />RATE FOR THE CITY OF COLTON
<br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN
<br />AS FOLLOWS:
<br />SECTION ONE: That the amount necessary to be raised
<br />by taxation upon taxable property in the City of Colton as a
<br />revenue to carry on the various departments of said City for the
<br />current year 1975-76 and to pay the bonded indebtedness of said
<br />City and the expense of collecting such amount basing said rate
<br />upon the total value of the property within said City as hereto-
<br />fore reported by the County Auditor of the County of San Bernar-
<br />dino to the City Council of said City is hereby fixed as follows:
<br />For the City of Colton exclusive of South Colton
<br />Annexation Districts Nos. 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17, 18,
<br />19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, and 27; East Colton 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15,
<br />16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28; West Colton
<br />16, 18, 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27 and 28; North Colton 5, 6, 7, 8,
<br />and 9, the amount of One Dollar and seventy-two cents ($1.72) upon
<br />each One Hundred Dollars made up as follows:
