1 2 3 4 5 6� I 7I, 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 ORDINANCE NO. 1485 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON ADOPTING BY REFERENCE AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO RELATING TO THE ESTABLISH- MENT OF A WORKER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM FOR COMPETENCY IN FOOD SANITATION PROCEDURES The City Council of the City of Colton does ordain as follows: There is hereby added to Chapter 6.04 of the Municipal Code of Colton the following Sections to read as follows: SECTION I. ADOPTION BY REFERENCE OF ORDINANCE NO. 1964 1. The City Council of the City of Colton does hereby adopt by reference Ordinance No. 1964, an Ordinance of the County of San Bernardino, State of California, entitled "An Ordinance of the County of San Bernardino, State of California, Adding Chapter 6 to Division 4, Title 3 and Amending Section 16.O213B of the San Bernardino County Code, Providing for the Certifica- tion of Worker Competency in Food Industry Sanitary Procedures". A copy of said Ordinance is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference as though set forth in full. 2. This Ordinance shall be considered a part of the County of San Bernardino Health and Safety Code and shall be enforced within the corpor- ate limits of the City of Colton in accordance with the City of Colton Ordinance No. 1468. 3. Three copies of the County of San Bernardino Ordinance No. 1964 have been and now are filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Colton. SECTION II. PENALTY. Any person violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period of not more than six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment. Such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this Ordinance is committed, continued or permitted by such person and shall be punishable therefor as provided by this Ordinance.
