Each' person required <br />to have a certificate shall SUbMit. a copy to the <br />employer of such p:;rson. It shell be the duty of every employer <br />1_0 keep on continuous display at tide place of employment a copy <br />of the certificate of all such persons there engaged or employed <br />for comparison with the displayed certificates. Upon terminatio <br />of employment, each unexpired copy of the certificate shall be <br />returned to the holder. <br />34.0617 Penalty. Any person violating any provision <br />of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon <br />conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than <br />Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment iri'the County <br />Jail for not more than six (6) months, or by both such fine and <br />imprisonment. Said penalty section to be effective ninety (90) <br />days after the date of the adoption of this chapt&r:.. <br />SECTION 2. Repeal of Chapter 6, DIVISION 1, Title 3, <br />San Bernardino County Code. 1'1ith the adoption of this chapter:t <br />Chapter 6, Title 3 of the San Bernardino County Code entitled, <br />"CONTROL OF t;0.N�`•IUNICABLE TUBERCULOSIS," and all references there <br />shall hereby be repealed. <br />SECTION 3.
