(a) There shall be no fee charged to <br />the applicant except employees or persons of those establishment <br />business or functions that are otherwise exempted from this <br />chapter shall obtain a certificate after satisfactory examinatio <br />for competency and the payment of a certificate only fee. <br />(b) Fees shall be those as found in Section 1G.0211 of the <br />County Code and shall be determined by the total number of <br />employees of those establishments or business as described in <br />Section 34.063 (Personeffected) of this chapter. <br />34.066 Fee Exemptions. Fees shall not,be charged <br />to the follo;Ang: (1) Food establishments supported by <br />Federal, State, County or municipal funds. (2) Food. <br />establishments and businesses that have a food worker's training <br />program covering those subjects included in the Food Worker's Pia <br />and is acceptable in content -and procedure to the Director <br />and so certified by him as being acceptable. <br />34.067 Application for Certification.
