That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1074 and Section <br />10.04,130 of the Colton Municipal Code are hereby amended by adding the <br />following to Subsection 16A, Article XV, 16.2: <br />Name of Street or portion affected: <br />(a) Washington Street from its overcrossing of the River- <br />side Freeway to Barton Road. <br />Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit: 35 MPH <br />(b) Barton Road from Washington Street to Reche Canyon <br />Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit: 35 MPH <br />(c) Barton Road from Reche Canyon Road to the easterly <br />City Limits (approximately 200 feet east of Waterman Avenue). <br />Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit: 55 MPH <br />(d) Barton Road from Walin Street northerly to Washington <br />Street. <br />Declared Prima Facie Speed Limit: 40 MPH <br />2. This Ordinance hereby repeals Ordinance No. 1410 in <br />its entirety. <br />3. Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be in force <br />and effect thirty days after final passage. <br />4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />ordinance and cause the same to be published in the Colton Courier, a news- <br />paper of general circulation within the City of Colton. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of February, 1976 <br />ALBERT A.
