Section 31.038 of the Health and <br />Safety Code of <br />the County <br />of San Bernardino, State of California (1962), as <br />adopted by City <br />of Colton <br />Ordinance No. 1468, is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />31.038 Fee Schedule. <br />Every person, firm or corporation applying for a permit or <br />for renewal <br />of a permit previously revoked or for renewal of <br />an expired permit <br />under the <br />provisions of this chapter shall at the time of making <br />the applica- <br />tion, pay <br />an inspection fee in accordance with the following <br />schedule: <br />1. Public Eating Place <br />Seating or Customer Capacity: <br />Less than 50 <br />$35.00/yr. <br />50 to 100 <br />$45.00/yr. <br />Over 100 <br />$55.00/yr. <br />2. Food Handling Places, including <br />grocery, vegetable & meat markets <br />Under 1,000 sq. ft. <br />$25.00/yr. <br />1,000 to 2,000 sq. ft. <br />$40.00/yr. <br />Over 2,000 sq. ft. <br />$50.00/yr. <br />SECTION 2.
