NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a public hearing in the <br />Council Chambers, City Hall, 650 North La Cadena Drive, at 7:30 p. m., Tuesday, <br />May 4, 1976, on the following: <br />Zone Text Amendment, File Index A-3-76. Applicant: City <br />of Colton Planning Department. Request: To change text <br />in R-2 Zone District, or any such other zone district as <br />may be recommended by the Planning Commission, re: the <br />establishment and operation of foster homes -day nurseries, <br />which specify a maximum of nine (9) children at either type <br />of facility, anywhere within an R-2 Zone. Changes Consider- <br />ed: The Planning Commission is considering making basic <br />amendments to the R-2 Zone District which would: a) Raise <br />the maximum number of children to be served by foster homes - <br />day nurseries; and b) Require a Conditional Use Permit in <br />every application to operate or establish either. <br />Maps -Plans are available for inspection in the Office of the Planning Department. <br />Any interested person may appear in person or by agent and be heard. <br />Petitions signed by interested persons may be filed with the City Clerk, City <br />Hall, prior to the hearing. <br />V"' <br />HELEN A.
