Affidavit of Publication STATE OF CALIFORNIA County of San Bernardino ss. of the said County, being duly sworn, deposes and says: THAT --- 5 --- he is and at all the times herein mentioned was a citizen of the United States, over the age of twenty-one years, and that-.-.a-he is not a party to, nor interested in the above entitled matter; that-----S.he is the principal clerk of the printer of the Colton Courier, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Colton, State of California, County of San Bernardino, and which newspaper is published for the dissemination of local news and intelli- gence of a general character, and which newspaper at all the times herein mentioned had and still has a bona fide subscription list of paying sub- scribers, and which newspaper has been estab- lished, printed and published at regular intervals in the said City of Colton, State of California, County of San Bernardino, for a period exceeding one year next preceding the date of publication of the notice hereinafter referred to; and which news- paper is not devoted to nor published for the in- terests, entertainment or instruction of a particular class, profession, trade, calling, race, or denomin- ation, or any number of same; that the notice, of which the annexed is a printed copy, has been published in each regular and entire issue of said newspaper and not in any supplement thereof on the following dates, to -wit: J,Ay 15.1 1976 11 ---...--.•--•----•..........................•--------------•••--.-.---•---....................-.-..._..... Affidavit of Publication weedy 4 proofs as soon as possible ORDINANCE NO. 1497 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, REPEALING SECTIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 1390 AND OF CHAPTER 13.04 OF THE COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Section 2. A. 1 (a) and (b), of Ordinance No. 1390 and Section 13.04.020, A. 1. and 2 of the Colton Municipal Code are hereby repealed and said charges are adopted by Resolution. SECTION 2. That Section 5. A., B., and C., of Ordinance No. 1390 and Section 13.04.050, A., B., and C., of the Colton Municipal Code are hereby repealed and said charges are adopted by Resolution. SECTION 3. That Subsections A. and B of Section 7. of Ordinance No. 1390and Sections 13.04.080 and 13.04.090, of the Colton Municipal Code are hereby repealed and provisions are adopted by Resolution.
