Affidavit of Publication STATE OF CALIFORNIA County of San Bernardino ss. of the said County, being duly sworn, deposes and says: THAT .___..__he is and at all the times herein mentioned was a citizen of the United States, over the age of twenty-one years, and that __...... he is not a party to, nor interested in the above entitled matter; that ........ he is the principal clerk of the printer of the Colton Courier, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in the City of Colton, State of California, County of San Bernardino, and which newspaper is published for the dissemination of local news and intelli- gence of a general character, and which newspaper at all the times herein mentioned had and still has a bona fide subscription list of paying sub- scribers, cnd which newspaper has been estab- lished, printed and published at regular intervals in the said City of Colton, State of California, County of San Bernardino, for a period exceeding one year next preceding the date of publication of the notice hereinafter referred to; and which news- paper is not devoted to nor published for the in- terests, enterlumment or instruction of a particular class, profession, trade, calling, race, or denomin- ation, or any number of same; that the notice, of which the annexed is a printed copy, has been published in each regular and entire issue of said newspaper and not in any supplement thereof on the following dates, to -wit: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I certify and declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. Affidavit of Publication ORDINANCE NO. 1496 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON, STATE OF CALIFOR NIA, ESTABLISHING THE LIABILITY RISK RETENTION FUND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: CREATING ,LIABILITY RISK RETENTION FUND: A Liability Risk Retention Fund is hereby created to establish and hold cash reserves for the purpose of satisfying iudgment of claims as determined by the self insured administrator. SECTION 2: DEPOSITS IN FUND: Cash reserves shall frequently and periodically be reviewed and adjusted, and the City shall cause to be kept and main tained in said fund adequate reserves on all open cases and as ;determined by the self insured administrator. SECTION 3: EXPENDITURES FROM FUND: All moneys in said {fund shall be expended or liquidated lin accordance with reserves :established under the exclusive direction of the City's self-insured administrator.
