Affidavit of Publication <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />County of San Bernardino ss. <br />of the said County, being duly sworn, deposes <br />and says: <br />THAT .___..__he is and at all the times herein <br />mentioned was a citizen of the United States, over <br />the age of twenty-one years, and that __...... he <br />is not a party to, nor interested in the above <br />entitled matter; that ........ he is the principal clerk <br />of the printer of the Colton Courier, a newspaper <br />of general circulation, printed and published in <br />the City of Colton, State of California, County of <br />San Bernardino, and which newspaper is published <br />for the dissemination of local news and intelli- <br />gence of a general character, and which newspaper <br />at all the times herein mentioned had and still <br />has a bona fide subscription list of paying sub- <br />scribers, cnd which newspaper has been estab- <br />lished, printed and published at regular intervals <br />in the said City of Colton, State of California, <br />County of San Bernardino, for a period exceeding <br />one year next preceding the date of publication of <br />the notice hereinafter referred to; and which news- <br />paper is not devoted to nor published for the in- <br />terests, enterlumment or instruction of a particular <br />class, profession, trade, calling, race, or denomin- <br />ation, or any number of same; that the notice, of <br />which the annexed is a printed copy, has been <br />published in each regular and entire issue of said <br />newspaper and not in any supplement thereof on <br />the following dates, to -wit: <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br />I certify and declare under penalty of perjury that <br />the foregoing is true and correct. <br />Dated:.......Ll ;Li9'� . ......... <br />Affidavit of Publication <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1496 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON, STATE OF CALIFOR <br />NIA, ESTABLISHING THE <br />LIABILITY RISK RETENTION <br />FUND <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: CREATING <br />,LIABILITY RISK RETENTION <br />FUND: <br />A Liability Risk Retention Fund is <br />hereby created to establish and hold <br />cash reserves for the purpose of <br />satisfying iudgment of claims as <br />determined by the self insured <br />administrator. <br />SECTION 2: DEPOSITS IN <br />FUND: Cash reserves shall <br />frequently and periodically be <br />reviewed and adjusted, and the City <br />shall cause to be kept and main <br />tained in said fund adequate <br />reserves on all open cases and as <br />;determined by the self insured <br />administrator. <br />SECTION 3: EXPENDITURES <br />FROM FUND: All moneys in said <br />{fund shall be expended or liquidated <br />lin accordance with reserves <br />:established under the exclusive <br />direction of the City's self-insured <br />administrator. <br />SECTION 4: EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />This ordinance will become effective <br />as provided by law. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED, and AP <br />1PROVED this 3rd day of August, <br />11976. <br />(s) Abe E.
