Affidavit of Publication ORDINANCE NO. 1500 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE WITH 1 RESPECT TO LIABILITY IN -1 SURANCE — ADMINISTRATIVE! PROCEDURES REGULATING! OPERATION OF AN AMUSE -1 MENT DEVICE COMMONLY 1 KNOWN AS A TRAMPOLINE. The City Council of the City of Colton does ordain as follows: SECTION l: Section Ili of Or- dinance 1064 and Section 5-40.030 of the Colton Municipal Code is'. amended to read as follows: An operator of a trampoline center shall procure and at all times maintain in full force and effect, a policy of liability in surance for each trampoline, insuring the same against liability arising from personal injury within limits of not less than 525,000 for any one person for each occurrence and $50,000 for any one occurrence. The operator shall file a true copy of his insurance policy or policies with the Director of F finance and shall authorize his insurance carrier to notify said Director of Finance in theevent of anv lapse in said insurance. SECTION li. Section l iPan. Of Ordinance 1408 and Section 11 "P801 O= Ordinance 1408 are amended to the extent that the duties previously assigned to the City Clerk that were assigned to the City Manager do not affect the direct administration of the filing of liability insurance for operators of trampoline centers in the City of Colton.
