mi <br />21 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />E:1I <br />I'll <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />32 <br />Ordinance. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1501 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON, ADOPTING BY <br />REFERENCE THE "UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE, 1976 <br />EDITION", PROVIDING FOR AND GOVERNING THE <br />INSTALLATION OF PLUMBING WITHIN THE CITY OF <br />COLTON. <br />The City Council of the City of Colton does ordain as follows: <br />SECTION ONE: This ordinance shall be known as the Uniform Plumbing <br />SECTION TWO: Those certain rules and regulations which provide for <br />plumbing installations as set forth in that certain code printed in book form <br />and entitled, "Uniform Plumbing Code, 1976 Edition" as prepared and promulgated <br />by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, three <br />(3) copies of which code have heretofore been filed with and are now on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Colton and which copies are <br />identified by certificates attached thereto, reading substantially as follows: <br />I, Helen Ramos, hereby certify that the three annexed copies of the <br />code entitled, "Uniform Plumbing Code, 1976 Edition" were filed in the office <br />of the City Clerk of Colton on the 1st day of September , 1976 and as true, <br />correct and complete copies of said code which is sought to be adopted by <br />reference by ordinance of the City of Colton. <br />HELEN A. RAMOS <br />City Clerk of the <br />City of Colton <br />Be, and the same area, hereby established as rules and regulations, <br />a code of said City; and each and every provision thereof and hereby referred <br />to and designated and adopted by reference as the "Uniform Plumbing Code, 1976 <br />Edition", and are made a part hereof as fully as though set forth at length in <br />this ordinance, except as hereinafter provided. <br />An ordinance providing for the protection of the public health and <br />safety, requiring a permit and inspection for the installation or alteration of <br />plumbing and drainage systems; creating an Administration Office and a Board <br />of Plumber Examiners, and prescribing their duties; defining certain terms; <br />establishing minimum regulations for the installation, alteration or repair of <br />plumbing and drainage systems and the inspection thereof; providing penalties <br />-1- <br />
