Such outlet shall not exceed ninety degrees (900) from direction of <br />closest public sewer, or if there is no public sewer, then from the proposed <br />public sewer. If more than one stub"out is used, the contractor installing <br />the plumbing shall join all such stub -outs to each other with any material ap- <br />proved by the Administrative Authority so that there shall be one outlet on <br />the same lot. <br />Section 1005 <br />Is amended by adding sub -paragraph (g) - a minimum of two hose bibbs <br />per single family dwelling shall be provided, one at the front and one at the <br />rear of the building, each to be served with a minimum of 3/4" pipe. <br />SECTION FIVE: <br />The said Plumbing Code is hereby amended by adding thereto Section <br />1010 reading as follows: <br />Section 1010 <br />It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to install <br />any water pipe or to cut into any water system for the purpose of installing a <br />sprinkling system, water softener system or for any purpose whatsoever without <br />first obtaining written permission from the Administrative Authority to do so. <br />Such permit shall state the nature of the work to be done and all details in <br />reference thereto, and shall further contain the condition under which said <br />permit shall be issued, including provisions for the installation of swing <br />check valves or other requirements that may be necessary in the opinion of the <br />Administrative Authority, to protect any and all sanitary requirements that <br />may be necessary in the opinion of the said authority and the said Administra- <br />tive Authority shall inspect each and every such opening, and particularly <br />when same was accomplished by a person, firm or corporation not holding a <br />plumbing license, to ascertain that the requirements contained in said permit <br />had been complied with in full. <br />-4- <br />
