That a public hearing has been duly and legally held <br />by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on one Zone District Amend- <br />ment application to amend Sections 303 and 304 of Ordinance No. 964, as <br />amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />adoption of the proposed amendment and the zone reclassification of certain <br />parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant to said application. <br />3. That said parcel is delineated and the recommended <br />action appropriately shown and for convenience is referenced indexed on the <br />maps on file in the City Clerks office numbered as follows: <br />Zoning Maps Nos. 26 and 31 <br />Change A C -1-X Zone to an R -3-X Zone <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held <br />by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendation of the Planning Commission. <br />SECTION TWO: The zone reclassifications herein above <br />referred to are hereby approved and the Planning Director is hereby directed <br />to amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City of Colton adopted by Ordinance <br />No. 1420 in accordance herewith to show said approval and certify to the <br />same. <br />SECTION THREE: Effective Date. This ordinance shall be <br />in force and effective thirty (30) days after final passage. <br />SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage <br />
