1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8' <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26' <br />27 <br />28 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1659 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF COLTON ADOPTING DIVISION 8 OF THE <br />SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY CODE WHICH ADDS PRO- <br />VISIONS PERTAINING TO UNDERGROUND STORAGE <br />OF HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON HEREBY ORDAINS <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION ONE: The herein designated Division 8 to Title <br />3 of the San Bernardino County Code which adds provisions pertain- <br />ing to Underground Storage of Hazardous Substances is hereby <br />adopted by reference and made a part hereof. Three copies of said <br />Code have been certified as true copies and filed in the Office of <br />the City Clerk of the City of Colton. Division 8 to Title 3 of the <br />San Bernardino County Code so adopted by reference is made a part <br />of this ordinance as though set forth at length herein. <br />SECTION TWO: The Department of Environmental Health <br />Services of the County of San Bernardino, State of California, is <br />hereby named as the implementing agency of this ordinance. <br />SECTION THREE: This ordinance is declared to be an emer- <br />gency measure for the preservation of the public health and safety <br />in accordance with the provisions of the Government Code of the <br />State of California and shall take effect immediately upon its <br />adoption. <br />SECTION FOUR: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoptioi <br />of this ordinance and cause it to be published once in the Colton <br />Courier, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published <br />in this city. <br />
