Application <br />was fully mine , nd <br />VHEREAS, all other legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS <br />gEPT,QN 1. Based on the entire record before the City Council, all written <br />d oral e0ldence presented to the City Council, and the findings set forth In this Ordinance, <br />e City Council of the City of Colton hereby amends the West Valley Specific Pian by adding <br />Section #18.04.324 "mini -warehouse" on page #31 of. the West Valley Specific Plan, and to <br />include "mini -warehouse" as a permitted use within the Regional Retail Designation in Figure <br />3.3 page #37 "Permitted Land Uses and Development Standards"' chart of the West Subarea <br />of the West Valley Specific Plan.
