DAP -000-467 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED A 2078 WEST VALLEY <br />BOULEVARD. <br />WHEREAS, Babcock & Brown Storage S 'alists filed application (File No. <br />DAP -000-467) requesting approval of a specific plan endment to allow mini -warehouse <br />facilities in the west subarea of the West I{ey Specific Plan ("Application") for property <br />located at 2078 West Valley Boulevard (Asse rcel No. 0254-151-04, 05, and 064X)O0) <br />in the City of Colton, County of San Bern rd ubJect Site"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Appli n reviewed, studied, and found to comply with <br />the California Environmental Qual Act (" EQA") as more fully described below; <br />WHEREAS, on October , 2005, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Colton ("Planning Commis ' ") conducted a duly noticed public hearing on the Application <br />at which time all persons wish to estify in connection with the Application were heard and <br />the Application was fully s ' <br />WHEREA Planning Commission adopted a Resolution recommending <br />approval of this Applica to the City Council; <br />WHER S, on November 15, 2005, the City Council of the City of Colton <br />("City Council") con cted a duly noticed public hearing on the Application at which time all <br />persons wishing t testify in connection with the Application were heard and the Application <br />was fully exami d; and <br />, all other legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution <br />have occu ; <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS <br />ORANGOMXMU 9705. t <br />-1- <br />
