Pursuant to Ordinance No. 0-8-87, adopted on June 30, 1987, the City Council
approved the Mt. Vernon Corridor Redevelopment Project Redevelopment Plan
("Redevelopment Plan"). The lands subject to the Redevelopment Plan are referred to as the
"Project Area";
C. Pursuant to new Health and Safety Code Section 33373 the Agency must
record in the official records of the County of San Bernardino, California, a revised statement
that proceedings for the redevelopment of the Project Area have been instituted ("Statement
of Proceedings"), including a description of the lands subject to the Redevelopment Plan and
describing the provisions of the Redevelopment Plan regarding exercise of the power of
eminent domain;
F.
