Chapter 13.04 of the Colton Municipal Code is hereby amended to read <br />in its entirety as follows: <br />COLTON MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 13.04 — EXHIBIT `A' <br />Water Service Charges <br />The Water Rates shall be amended to include those charges for water use as set forth <br />in Exhibit "A", attached herewith. Exhibit `B" has been included to provide a <br />comprehensive schedule of water rates. <br />SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause <br />same or a summary thereof to be published within fifteen (15) days after adoption in a <br />newspaper of general circulation, printed and published in Colton, California and the <br />Ordinance shall take effect thirty days after its date of adoption. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED THIS 5th day of May, 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />EILEEN C.
