R-102-07 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2007/2008 CAPITAL IMRPOVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET BY INCREASING THE IMPROVEMENTS TO ELIZABETH DAVIS PARK PROJECT ALLOCATIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF $90,000. WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for fiscal year commencing July 1, 2007 and ending June 30, 2008 was approved on June 19, 2007; WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and WHEREAS, the reallocation of the appropriations between departmental activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council; WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving City infrastructure and the aesthetics of the City; and WHEREAS, the funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY RESOLVE that the unallocated Park Development Fees be budgeted for in the following manner for the Improvements to Elizabeth Davis Park Project: Increase revenue account 248-8102-450 by $90,000 Increasing the budget in account 450-8101-248 by $90,000 Increasing the budget in account number 450-0617-6980-3890 by $90,000 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th DAY OF JULY 2007.
