R-116-07 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON ACCEPTING THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOURCE GRANT AND AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2007 AND ENDING <br />JUNE 30, 2008 <br />WHEREAS, the State of California has approved a School Age Resource <br />Grant in the amount of $2,849 for the Colton Childcare Program, and; <br />WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for the fiscal year commending <br />July 1, 2007 and ending June 30, 2008 has been approved and adopted, and; <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities <br />may be made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the budget <br />shall be by approval and resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Colton, San Bernardino County, <br />California authorizes entering into local agreement number CSCC-7213 and the City <br />Manager is authorized to sign the applicable documents for the entity. <br />SECTION 2: As a result of the receipt of this funding, the 2007/2008 fiscal <br />year budget is hereby amended, increasing both Expenditure Account 206-7200- <br />7202-2304 and Revenue Account 206-5889 by the grant amount of $2,849. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of August, 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />AROLINA R.
