R-126-07 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING <br />RESOLUTION R-26-05 APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR <br />MEMBERS OF THE COLTON POLICE DISPATCHERS ASSOCIATION AND THE CITY <br />OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the result of meetings between <br />representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the Colton Police Dispatchers Association <br />held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et. Seq.; and <br />WHEREAS, the Colton Police Dispatchers Association has reviewed and signed approval of <br />the attached Consolidated Memorandum of Understanding (MOU); <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the MOU, attached hereto, is incorporated <br />into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the provisions provided herein shall be effective as of <br />July 1, 2007, contingent upon signature of the City's representative; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes staff to sign said MOU. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of September, 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
