R-127-07 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA INCREASING THE FISCAL YEAR 2007/2008 CAPITAL IMRPOVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,200. WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for fiscal year commencing July 1, 2007 and ending June 30, 2008 was approved on June 19, 2007; WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and WHEREAS, the reallocation of the appropriations between departmental activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council; WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving City infrastructure and the aesthetics of the City; and WHEREAS, the funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY RESOLVE that the FY 2007/2008 Capital Improvement Program budget be increased in the amount of $30,200 as identified below: Project 104-32205/2900 1. Increase budget in expenditure account 215-0702-6920-3890, in the amount of $21,400 Acacia Curb Gutter and Sidewalk Project 2. Increase account 240-8102-450, in the amount of $8800 3. Increase account 450-8102-240, in the amount of $8800 4. Increase budget in expenditure account 450-0722-6940-3890, in the amount of $8800 2007.
