The City Council hereby approves the MOU, subject to any changes <br />deemed appropriate by the City Manager, with the concurrence of the City Attorney, and <br />hereby authorizes the City Manager to sign the MOU on behalf of the City and take any <br />further actions necessary or convenient to administer or perform the MOU. <br />Section 4. The City Council also finds and determines that the Business Loan <br />Guarantee Program will benefit the community by strengthening the local tax base, <br />increasing employment opportunities and aiding in promoting economic development. <br />Section 5. The findings and determinations in this Resolution shall be final and <br />conclusive.
