R-133-07 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY CLERK OFFICE, FISCAL YEARS <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2007 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2008 <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Years commencing July 1, 2007 <br />and ending June 30, 2008 was approved and adopted on June 5, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the City <br />and all applicable statues of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, Amendments to the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the <br />City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2007/08 Fiscal Year <br />Budget, adjusting the Salary and Benefits accounts in the City Clerk Office. These changes are <br />needed to cover the cost of salary and benefit increases as a result of the salary increase provided to <br />the City Clerk.
