This City Council shall hold a public hearing on a proposed Infrastructure Financing <br />Plan on April 15, 2008 at 6:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, <br />in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 650 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton , California. <br />7. The City Clerk is hereby directed to mail a copy of this resolution of intention to create <br />the district to each owner of land within the district. <br />8. The City Clerk is hereby directed to mail a copy of this resolution to each affected <br />taxing entity. <br />9. The City Council hereby designates the City Engineer as the designee to develop the <br />Infrastructure Plan as allowed per the Government Code Section 53395.13. <br />10. The City Engineer, as the designee, is directed by the California Government Code <br />Section 53395.14 to develop the Infrastructure Financing Plan. <br />11.
