R-67-07 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2006 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2007. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing July <br />1,2006 and ending June 30, 2007 was approved and adopted June 20, 2006; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City of Colton and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The reallocations of appropriations between departmental activities may be <br />made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases or decreases) to the budget shall be by the <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It is necessary to approve and accept this Federal Justice <br />Assistance Grant (JAG) in the amount of $24,669.00 plus interest. <br />SECTION 2. It is necessary to make an amendment to the 2006/2007 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account number 225-6070- <br />6084-4900 and increasing the Police Revenue Account number 225-5880-000, each in the <br />amount of $24,669.00 plus interest. <br />herein. <br />SECTION 3. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 2007. <br />CAROLINA R.
