R-84-07 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2006/2007 CAPITAL IMRPOVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET BY INCREASING THE COLTON BIKE LANE PROJECT ALLOCATIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF $130,000. WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for fiscal year commencing July 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007 was approved on June 20, 2006; WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and WHEREAS, the reallocation of the appropriations between departmental activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council; WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving City infrastructure and the aesthetics of the City; and WHEREAS, the funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY RESOLVE that the unallocated Park Development Fees be budgeted for in the following manner for the Colton Bike Lane Project: 1. Increase deferred revenue account 248-8102-457 by $130,000 2. Increasing the budget in account 457-8101-248 by $130,000 3.
