R-84-07 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2006/2007 CAPITAL <br />IMRPOVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET BY INCREASING THE COLTON BIKE <br />LANE PROJECT ALLOCATIONS IN THE AMOUNT OF $130,000. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and <br />existing pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for fiscal year commencing July <br />1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007 was approved on June 20, 2006; <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of the appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to <br />the Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving <br />City infrastructure and the aesthetics of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO HEREBY <br />RESOLVE that the unallocated Park Development Fees be budgeted for in the <br />following manner for the Colton Bike Lane Project: <br />1. Increase deferred revenue account 248-8102-457 by $130,000 <br />2. Increasing the budget in account 457-8101-248 by $130,000 <br />3. Increasing the budget in account number 457-9165-6980-3890 by $130,000 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 26th DAY OF JUNE 2007. <br />4J—J4 � Ue,-�- <br />KELLY J.
