A Description of the District and Improvements; <br />b. The Annual Budget (Costs and Expenses of Services, Operations and <br />Maintenance); <br />c. A Description of the Method of Apportionment resulting in an <br />Assessment Rate per <br />Levy Unit said District for Fiscal Year 2007/2008, which has been amended to allow an up <br />to three percent inflator for future years; <br />d. A Listing of the proposed assessment for each Assessor's Parcel Number within the <br />District for Fiscal Year 2007/2008. <br />Section 3 The Report as presented is hereby approved (subject to modifications and <br />amendments directed by the City Council at the Public Hearing) and is ordered to be filed in <br />the Office of the City Clerk as a permanent record and to remain open for public inspection. <br />Section 4 The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of the Resolution, and <br />the minutes of the meeting shall so reflect the presentation and approval of the Report. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 17t' DAY OF JULY 2007. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
