R-95-07 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE <br />CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF PROVIDING PRESCHOOL CHILDCARE <br />SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2007-2008 <br />WHEREAS, the State of California has made available a contract in the amount of <br />$170,558 for the Childcare Division of the Community Services Department, for the purpose <br />of providing preschool childcare services in the City. <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Colton hereby authorizes entering into <br />Agreement CPRE -7293 with the State of California for the provision of preschool childcare <br />services in the City of Colton, in the contract amount of $170,558; and <br />SECTION 2: The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign any documents to <br />effectuate this agreement. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17h day of July, 2007. <br />Jt4_7Zt . <br />KELLY J.
