(Cal.Const.art XI, <br />Section 5; Cal.Gov.Code Section 37350, 37351.) <br />SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to convey the <br />subject Vehicle to the County of San Bernardino, including transfer via use of volunteer <br />intermediaries, on terms as may be acceptable to the City Manager and City Attorney. Such <br />terms shall include an agreement and release from liability. <br />SECTION 3.
