1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8' <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />i8 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTION NO.R-103-08 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION R-07-06 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AND MEMBERS OF THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF <br />ELECTRICAL WORKERS (IBEV� REPRESENTING THE ELECTRIC UNIT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has given full consideration to the result of ineetings between <br />representatives of the City of Colton and representatives of the International Brotherhood of Electrical <br />Workers (IBEW) representing the Electric Unit held pursuant to Government Code Section 3500 et. <br />Seq.; and <br />WHEREAS, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) representing the <br />Electric Unit has reviewed and signed approval of the attached Consolidated Memorandum of <br />Understanding (MOU); <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the MOU, marked Exhibit "A" and attached <br />hereto, is incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the provisions provided herein shall be effective as of <br />� July 1, 2008, contingent upon signature of the City's representative; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes staff to sign said MOU. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 2008. <br />ATTEST: <br />� � <br />CAROLINA R.
