Seq.; and <br />WHEREAS, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Warkers (IBEW) representing the <br />Water/Wastewater Unit has reviewed and signed approval of the attached Consolidated Memorandum <br />of Understanding (MOU); <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the MOU, marked Exhibit "A" and attached <br />hereto, is incorporated into and made a part hereof and adopted hereby; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the provisions provided herein shall be effective as of <br />July 1, 2008, contingent upon signature of the City's representative; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes staff to sign said MOU. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 2008. <br />I ATTEST: <br />� " <br />CAROLINA R.
