The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 5. The Project has been deemed to be categorically exempt from <br />the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15332 (In -Fill <br />Projects) of the CEQA Guidelines. Staff will file a Notice of Exemption with the County <br />Clerk's office within 5 days of project approval. <br />SECTION 6.
