R-117-08 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2008 AND <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2009 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year <br />commencing July 1, 2008 and ending June 30, 2009 was approved and adopted <br />June 17, 2008; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable <br />ordinances of the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) <br />to the Budget shall be approved by Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has become necessary to make an amendment to the <br />2008/2009 Fiscal Year Budget, increasing the Fire Department Revenue Account <br />Number 100-5880 by $333.33 and the Fire Department Expenditure Account <br />Number 100-6090-6091-2301 by $333.33 <br />SECTION 2. The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and <br />incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 21St DAY OF OCTOBER, <br />11 ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
