BE IT NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 1. Notice of the public hearing at which this Resolution was considered was properly given pursuant to the provisions of Government Code section 66016, in which: (1) the City published notice of the public hearing twice at least 10 days before the date of the hearing; (2) the City sent notice of the meeting at least 14 days in advance to any interested person who had filed a written request; and (3) the City made available to the public at least 10 days before the meeting the data indicating the amount of the estimated costs required to provide the services for which the proposed fees will be levied and the revenue sources anticipated to provide the services, including General Fund revenues. 2. All oral and written presentations made to and heard by the City Council I during the public hearing for this Resolution were properly considered. 3. The cost estimates, including the data upon which the cost estimates are based, which was produced by City staff and considered by the City Council in establishing fees pursuant to this Resolution, are reasonable cost estimates for the provision and maintenance of the City services and facilities to which the fees pertain and were made available to the public pursuant to Government Code section 66016. 4. There is a reasonable relationship between the fees to be collected for the provision of various City services and facilities and the City's costs in providing and maintaining those services and facilities, as identified in the data made available to the public. 5. The fees and fee increases set forth in Exhibit 'A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, do not exceed the actual or estimated costs to the City of providing and maintaining the services and facilities to which the fees relate. 6. The fees and fee increases are necessary to enable the City to provide the facilities and services to which they relate.
