R-122-08 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2007 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2008 <br />WHEREAS: The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year <br />commencing July 1, 2007 and ending June 30, 2008 was approved and adopted on June <br />16, 2007; and <br />WHEREAS: The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS: The Reallocation of appropriations between departmental <br />activities may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the <br />Budget shall be by approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES <br />HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2007-08 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, increasing the Transfer Out to Childcare Fund Account Number 100-8102- <br />206 and Transfer In Revenue in Childcare Fund Account Number 206-8101-100 for <br />$112,651.77, <br />SECTION 2.
