R-14-08 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING <br />JULY 1, 2007 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2008. <br />WHEREAS, The Budget for the City of Colton for the Fiscal Year commencing <br />July 1, 2007, and ending June 30, 2008, was approved and adopted; and <br />WHEREAS, The approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances <br />and the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, The reallocation of appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: It has been necessary to make an amendment to the 2007/2008 Fiscal <br />Year Budget, increasing the Expenditures in the Police Department Account Number 225- <br />6070-6087, and increase the Revenue Account Number 225-5880 for the amount of <br />$134,830.91. <br />SECTION 2: The amendment is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated herein. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February, 2008. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
