That the names of persons voted for at the election for member of the <br />City Council of the City was as follows: <br />Mayor MEL ALBISO <br />DAVID TORO <br />RICHARD A. DE LA ROSA <br />VINCENT YZAGUIRRE <br />SECTION 3. That the number of votes given at each precinct and the number of votes <br />given in the City of Colton, California, for and against the Recall of Mayor Kelly J. Chastain <br />are listed in Exhibit `B" <br />SECTION 4. That as a result of the election, one-half or more of the votes of the <br />recall election were "No." Therefore, the officer sought to be recalled shall continue in office. <br />SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall enter on the records of the City Council a statement <br />of the result of the election, showing: (1) The whole number of ballots cast in the City; (2) <br />The names of the persons voted for and the recall voted upon; (3) The number of votes given <br />at each precinct to each person and for or against the recall; and (4) The total number of votes <br />given to each person and for or against the recall. <br />SECTION 9.
