The Permittee did not execute the initial CUP for over six (6) months after the <br />initial approval, and has failed to seek or obtain any extension of the CUP, which is authorized by <br />Colton Municipal Code section 18.58.070, and failed to demonstrate why it did not seek or obtain <br />any extension of the CUP. <br />E. It has taken Permittee well over four (4) years, and only after numerous demands <br />from City staff, to address Water/Wastewater Department Condition No. 8, which requires that <br />easement issues or alley vacation be settled either before approval of the final map, or issuance of <br />the building permit. <br />SECTION 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption. <br />SECTION 5.
