The following census tracts lie wholly or partly within the jurisdiction of the City <br />of Colton include: 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, and 71.08. <br />2. The following census tracts lie wholly or partly within the jurisdiction of the <br />greater SBVEZ include: 41, 42.01, 42.02, 44.01, 44.02, 45.02, 46.01, 46.02, 47, <br />48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62.01, 62.02, 63.01, 64,01, <br />66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71.08, 91.06, 91.07, 104.02, 108.01, 108.02, 110, 113, 114, <br />and 115. <br />3. These census tracts have been designated by the United States Department of <br />Housing and Urban Development as having at least 51% of their residents of <br />low -and moderate -income levels, and are hereby identified as the TEAs for the <br />San Bernardino Valley Enterprise Zone. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />aw `e`_ EQCW ere, Ch&g <br />EILEEN C.
