1 RESOLUTION NO. R-36-09 <br />2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />ACCEPTING THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION <br />3 LATCHKEY AMENDMENT CONTRACT FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />4 COMMENCING JULY 1, 2008 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2009. <br />5 WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Education has approved the <br />6 amended "Funding Terms and Conditions" for Latchkey Contract CLTK-8067 for <br />7 <br />fiscal year 2008-09. <br />8 <br />NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />9 DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />10 <br />SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Colton, San Bernardino County, <br />11 California authorizes entering into the State of California Agreement CLTK-8067. The <br />City Manager is hereby authorized to sign the applicable documents on behalf of the <br />12 City to execute this agreement. <br />13 <br />SECTION 2: The agreement is hereby approved, adopted and incorporated <br />14 herein. <br />15 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 2009. <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 KELLY .
