Adoption of the Addendum. The City hereby approves and adopts the <br />Addendum therein that was prepared to provide the additional analysis required by the Court <br />Order. <br />SECTION 6. Notice of Determination. The City directs City staff to file a Notice of <br />Determination with the San Bernardino County Clerk within five (5) days of approval of the <br />Addendum. <br />SECTION 8. Execution of Resolution. The Mayor of the City shall sign this <br />resolution and the City Clerk of the City of Colton shall attest and certify to the passage and <br />adoption thereof. <br />THIS RESOLUTION SHALL TAKE EFFECT UPON THE DATE OF ITS <br />ADOPTION. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 19`h DAY OF JANUARY, 2010. <br />ATTEST: <br />EILEEN C.
