R-06-10 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA TO PRIORITIZE THE TYPE OF PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED BY <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010- <br />2011 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Colton elected to enter into a Cooperation <br />Agreement with the County of San Bernardino in order to receive Community Development <br />Block Grant (CDBG) funds; and, <br />WHEREAS, as a Cooperating City, the City of Colton anticipates receiving $403,314 <br />in Community Development Block Grant fund for: FY 2010-2011; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City must inform the County as to which eligible projects will be <br />funded with CDBG funds. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton <br />Prioritizes and allocates CDBG funds for the following projects for FY 2010-2011; <br />Proposed Project CDBG Funds Type <br />Recommended <br />Code Enforcement Activities <br />$296,314 <br />Construction <br />Administration of CDBG Program <br />$35,000 <br />Administration <br />Teen Center - After School Program <br />$65,000 <br />Services <br />Home Delivered Meals For Seniors <br />$7,000 <br />Services <br />Total Amount Recommended <br />$403,314 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 2nd DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2010. <br />KELLY J.
