In accordance with the Policy and the requirements of Government Code <br />section 34090 et seq., the City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk to destroy the above <br />described City records without making a copy thereof. <br />SECTION 3. The City Attorney's signature on this Resolution constitutes written <br />consent, as required by the Policy and Government Code section 34090, for the destruction of <br />the above described City records. <br />SECTION 4.
