R-20-10 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA TO INCREASE THE FISCAL YEAR 2009/2010 CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,997.99 FOR THE <br />FOLLOWING CDBG PROJECT 104-34305/3171. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); and <br />WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for fiscal year commencing July 1, 2009 <br />and ending June 30, 2010 was approved on July 7, 2009; and <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of the <br />City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of the appropriations between departmental activities may <br />be made by the City Manager, amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be by <br />approval and Resolution of the City Council; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving City <br />infrastructure and the aesthetics of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding is available from the city's unprogrammed CDBG funds. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO <br />HEREBY RESOLVE that the FY 2009/2010 Capital Improvement Program budget be <br />amended to <br />1) Increase the FY 2009/2010 CIP budget in the amount of $8,997.99 for CDBG <br />Project 104-34305/3171 as follows: <br />a. Increase 215-5752 by $8,997.99 <br />b. Increase 215-0905-6920-3890 by $8,997.99 <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 4th DAY OF MAY 2010. <br />ATTEST: <br />VY <br />EILEEN C.
