1 <br />2 RESOLUTION NO. R-22-10 <br />3 RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE <br />CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR <br />4 FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2009 AND ENDING ON JUNE <br />5 30, 2010. <br />6 <br />7 WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton (the "Agency"), is a <br />8 public body, corporate and politic of the State of California, organized and existing pursuant to <br />9 <br />the Community Redevelopment Law, Health and Safety Code Sections 33000, et seq. (the <br />10 <br />11 "Act"); and <br />12 WHEREAS, the Agency conducts regular reviews of its budget as it is fiscally prudent <br />13 to do so; and <br />14 <br />WHEREAS, based upon the approval of an agreement for Redevelopment Plan <br />15 <br />Amendment Services the Agency desires to amend the budget; <br />16 <br />17 NOW, THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF <br />COLTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />18 <br />SECTION 1.
