The City Council hereby finds that the Survey Area requires study to <br />determine if a redevelopment project is feasible within any portion of the Survey Area. <br />Section 3. The City Council hereby directs Agency staff and advisors to study the <br />Survey Area and consider whether or not any portions of the Survey Area are appropriate for <br />possible inclusion within a redevelopment project as part of the Added Territory. <br />Section 4. The City Council hereby directs the Planning Commission to work with <br />Agency staff and advisors to select the Added Territory boundaries and to formulate a <br />preliminary plan regarding redevelopment of the Added Territory. <br />Section 5. The City Council hereby further directs the Planning Commission, <br />Agency staff and their respective advisors to perform those additional analyses and actions that <br />are necessary or desirable regarding preparation and consideration of adoption of the proposed <br />Amendment to add the Added Territory to the prospective Merged Project Area or adoption of <br />an independent redevelopment plan for the Added Territory, all in conformance with <br />applicable law. <br />PASSED� APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August� 2010. <br />ATTEST: <br />.
